A prime piece of commercial land in a heritage suburb of west Auckland is up for sale again.
The car park on the corner of Titirangi and South Titirangi Rds was set to be auctioned on May 10, as was the land with shops next to it.
The adjoining properties at 490 and 408-416 Titirangi Rd are owned by Rotcol Enterprises Titirangi, directed by Carla, Margaret and Paolo Rotondo.

The Waitakere City Council previously owned the car park and cleared it for sale in 2006, but it was not sold until 2015, to Rotcol.
Titirangi Residents and Ratepayers Association (TRRA) opposed a resource consent for a three-story building on the site in 2010, losing in the Environment Court.
TRRA president Dr Mels Barton said the development would set a precedent and destroy the feeling of Titirangi, turning it into an urban centre.
The council should buy the land back and turn it into public open space, she said.
But no building has been built, the consent lapsed, and Auckland Council sold the car park to Rotcol in September 2015.
Both bits of land were then put up for sale by tender the next month.
They didn’t sell though and the 8939 square metres of land has now been put up for sale again.
The Titirangi town centre is part of the Waitakere Ranges Heritage Area.
The Colliers website said 412-416 Titirangi Rd was purchased by Amy and Linden Coleman in 1947 and it is still in family ownership, with the surrounding properties later added.
